Special pump factory professional sharing: precautions when using gear oil pump burner

The nine precautions for the operation of the gear oil pump burner are as follows:

　　 1. The gear oil pump burner should be balanced when installed. It should be used horizontally or vertically to avoid tilting.

　　 2. When the gear oil pump burner is started, it is necessary to prevent the sudden burst of flame from injuring people and destroying things .

　　 3. The ambient temperature of the gear oil pump burner should not exceed 70 °C , otherwise the cooling and heat insulation measures should be taken. When used in colder areas, appropriate insulation measures should be taken for the oil storage device and the return oil supply piping system to prevent the oil circuit from being blocked by freezing. At the same time, the control circuit of the gear oil pump burner must not be exposed to moisture or high temperature. Please turn off the burner when cleaning the chimney.

　　 4 ,   gear pumps   The suction pipe should not be close to the bottom of the tank and should be kept at a distance of 80-120mm . Before burning the fuel tank, the burner should be turned off. After the fuel is filtered, it can be injected into the fuel tank. After the oil is injected for 20 minutes, it can be restarted. The oil system must not leak oil or leak. Check the fuel tank for fuel before starting the burner.

　　 5 , connect the peripheral circuit, when the boiler temperature, pressure, water level, etc. to achieve automatic control, please follow the wiring diagram of the control system wiring.

　　 6. The size of the damper should match the nozzle size. When the burner is used, the boiler and the burner are not inconsistent when they are shipped from the factory. Therefore, it is generally necessary to properly adjust the damper, and sometimes it is necessary to replace the nozzle of the appropriate size and injection angle.

　　 7 , check frequently   gear pumps   Whether the connection between the burner and each component is strong, whether it is loose or not, and the position is not changed.

　　 8. Gear oil pump motor should pay attention to moisture and avoid using it in humid environment.

9. When it is not convenient to directly operate the burner, external control switch and electrical protection device should be connected.
